FAQs
GENERAL
What is the minimum order quantity?
- We provide all our products with a minimum order quantity of 100 units.
How do I apply iron-on labels?
- We suggest testing on a sample garment before applying. You can use either a heat press or a household iron. For application, set your heat press to 325°F or your iron to medium heat or the cotton setting. Press down firmly for 20-25 seconds, then allow it to cool fully.
How do I apply heat transfer labels?
- It's best to start by testing on a sample garment. Set your heat press to 285°F or your home iron to medium/low heat. Place a small piece of cotton or heat-resistant material over the transfer, then press down firmly for 20 seconds. After 2-3 seconds, peel the transfer immediately, and allow it to cool completely.
ARTWORK
What type of artwork file should I submit?
- We accept most common file formats, but we prefer high-quality vector files like .ai or .pdf. Please remember to outline any text objects in your artwork or include the font file used. If you're providing a bitmap file such as .jpg or .png, ensure it's at 300dpi print resolution. If we encounter any issues with your file, we'll notify you immediately.
How many colors can my label include?
- Woven labels can incorporate up to 8 colors without any additional cost. Screen printed labels can accommodate up to 7 colors on the label material.
How do I specify my colors?
- We'll match your artwork colors as closely as possible. If you have a PANTONE™ color code you'd like us to match, please include it in the Notes and Comments section of your order. While we can't guarantee an exact thread-to-Pantone match, we are confident we can achieve the closest possible match.
