• Custom Orders: When you place an order for a custom product, we will provide a digital proof for your approval.

• Physical Proof: Upon request, a physical proof can be provided, which may increase lead times.

• Payment: Payment is collected at the time of placing your order.

• Production and Shipping: We will provide an estimated lead time for production and will ship the products when they are ready.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

You have the opportunity to cancel the production of your order at the time of digital proof approval. Once the production process has started, cancellations are not permitted.

You must not use any copyrighted designs that you do not own. By submitting your design, you confirm that you have the rights to use the design and authorize us to produce it.
